Hillside Pendant
Arts and Crafts Style Hexagonal Pendant
The Hillside Pendant is an original Craftsmen Studio design adapted from the lighting of the J.A. Culbertson House in Pasadena, California, completed in 1911 — one of Charles and Henry Greene's most accomplished works and a defining example of their mature Arts and Crafts style.
Handcrafted from hand-selected mahogany with genuine Gaboon ebony inlay details, the Hillside represents the smaller, expression of this design — suspended from a single brass chain. The handmade stained glass panels are crafted using the copper foil method, with a vine a leaf patter that wraps around the fixture, casting a warm and intimate pool of light below.
Perfectly suited to stairwells, hallways, kitchen islands, bars, entries, and smaller dining tables, the Hillside is as versatile as it is beautiful. Grouped in multiples — over a long island or down a staircase — they create a stunning, cohesive visual statement that is unmistakably Arts and Crafts.
