Ojai Chandelier

Inspired By Greene and Greene's Pratt House Design

The Ojai Chandelier is an original Craftsmen Studio design inspired by the Greene & Greene lighting of the Charles M. Pratt House in Ojai, California, completed in 1908. One of the Greene brothers' most refined works, the Pratt House represents the full maturity of their style — a seamless blending of American Arts and Crafts principles with the restrained beauty of Japanese craftsmanship.

Handcrafted from hand-selected African mahogany, this fixture features the decorative cloud-lift cutouts and pierced details that are among the most distinctive hallmarks of Greene & Greene design. Every joint is assembled using traditional mortise and tenon construction, pinned with square ebony pegs.

The stained glass panels are handmade using the copper foil method, shown here in warm amber accented with soft green — a combination that casts a rich, honeyed light perfectly suited to a dining room or entry hall. Custom glass colors are available upon request. Made entirely to order.
