Each piece of our is carefully crafted with the highest quality of joinery and finish. This is what sets our products apart from the mass-produce lower quality, pieces that can be sold and shipped out very quickly. Custom work and size variations are available for many of our items, we are able to work with you throughout the design and building process. Please note that items must be paid in full before shipping and are absolutely non-returnable. Craftsmen Studio items are typically finished in with a dark brown with a reddish tint, but custom finish options are available. Because we make our own wood stain we can generally match finish to just about any piece out there, a sample must be provided for us to be able to match. You may also provide the stain for us to use on your order.

Terms
We require a 50% deposit to begin production and must be paid in full before shipment. We accept Visa, Discover, Master-card, and Pay Pal.
Delivery
Each item s completely hand crafted and usually has a lead time of 2-8 weeks (longer lead times for high volume orders and some large pieces). Orders may be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or Fright at the discretion of Craftsmen Studio.
Return Policy
Products must be returned in good condition within 30 days of delivery. Each Item is made to order and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping cost including crating and packaging cost will be paid for by the customer. Custom items are non-refundable.
Discounts
We try to provide discount to our clients when possible, if you are wanting to order multiples of the same piece of lighting, furniture, etc. or have a large order of multiple pieces please contact us to see if we can provide a discount. When we build multiple pieces it saves us shop time on tool set up which in turn saves money and we like to pass on these savings to our customers.
